Infratel Italia received 100 Mediapad T5 10 LTE tablets from Huawei Italy as part of the Wi-Fi Italia Hospitals initiative, aimed at Italian public hospitals.
The initiative aims to support healthcare personnel, patients and their families by offering an enhanced WiFi connection service and tablets for Internet browsing, available for free at federated hospitals.
In synergy with the initiatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Technological Innovation and Digitization, Infratel Italy and Huawei Italy, give value to "digital solidarity", allowing health workers and patients to stay connected and reduce social distances thanks to WiFi Italia Hospitals, in the common commitment to contain and contrast Coronavirus.
It is the Municipality of Gragnano, Campania, the last administration has asked to join the project.
