In synergy with the initiatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry for Technological Innovation and Digitization, as part of WiFi Italia Hospitals initiative, Infratel Italia received 300 tablets as donations from Samsung Electronics Italia.
The devices will allow healthcare workers and patients, currently hospitalized in Italian hospitals, to stay connected and communicate more easily with loved ones, thanks to the enhanced WiFi connection service, thus using all the opportunities offered by technology to bring down the most possible barriers imposed by physical distance.
Infratel Italia and Samsung Electronics Italia are alongside the Italians in the common commitment to contain and contrast the spread of Coronavirus in our country also through digital technologies.
It is the Municipality of Gragnano, Campania, the last administration has asked to join the project.
